Ericksonian Hypnosis - Level One Course

During the Level One Course we will teach the fundamental principles of Ericksonian Hypnosis and its application to pursue the improvement of personal well-being.

You will have the opportunity to both practice the techniques and experience the trance state as subjects under the close supervision of expert psychologists and psychotherapists.

We will also teach you Ericksonian Relaxation Techniques and the basics of how to read body language.

Course Structure

After a short theoretical introduction, the training will proceed adopting an intensive, practical and experiential format: participants will go through exercises of increasing difficulty aimed at developing the necessary skills to conduct hypnosis sessions in real life.

Course Organization

The Level One Course in Ericksonian Hypnosis will take place over 3 days (friday to sunday). Dates are available on the right side of this page.

Training times:

Thursdays: 11.00 - 18.00

Fridays and Saturdays: 10.00 - 17.30

Sundays: 09.30 - 16.30
