Hypnosis for Insomnia: hypnotic techniques to sleep better

How common are sleep disturbances?

Getting little or poor-quality sleep is quite common. It is estimated that between 6% and 30% of the European population suffer from insomnia. Only few of them do something to improve the situation.

Insomnia is the most common and most widely known sleep disorder but there are many others: bruxism, sleep apnea, sleep-walking...

Sleep disorders are more common in women and in elderly people.

About 20% of children suffer from some kind of sleep disturbance. The most common ones include enuresis and night terrors.

Our approach in a nutshell

Interventions that use hypnosis provide a quick, effective, side-effect free and long-lasting solution to insomnia and sleep disturbances. For this reason they are especially suitable for pediatric use and in cases in which other clinical conditions are present.

It can be used on variety of conditions: troubles falling asleep, repeated awakenings, recurrent nightmares, troubles in getting accustomed to shifts or long travels.

In some cases, the onset of the problem can be linked to a specific time or event: stressful or tiring periods, separations, bereavement, traumas.

It can also be related to other kinds of suffering: recurrent thoughts, obsessive rituals, moodiness or chronic pain.

Our interventions include both hypnotic sessions and the teaching of self-hypnosis techniques in order to strengthen and consolidate results.
