The consequences of smoking

Cigarette smoke is one of the most dangerous threats to public health of our times. It was estimated that the number of its victims is about 7 million a year.

Passive smoke produces dire consequences too: in 2004 28% of the deaths attributable to passive smoke involved children.

It is a hard addiction to beat on your own. Despite the majority of smokers wish to quit the habit, only 5% of them is able to succeed autonomously according to the U.S.A. Department of Health, Education and Welfare Statunitense e and the American Psychiatric Association. Asking for professional help doubles the success rate. 

Our approach in a nutshell

Hypnosis can directly act on cigarette craving to lessen and resolve it.

Treating tobacco addiction, in its various forms, still requires a holistic approach integrating various aspects. The act of smoking is described in many ways: a ritual to alleviate stress, an act that can promote social interaction, a legacy left by our family.

During the course of therapy emphasis will be placed on the causes that lead to the onset and consolidation of this behavior in order to identify the best ways to break the habit, once and for all.
